Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

FREE Local Delivery (Edinburgh):

We offer FREE local delivery for orders over £15 within a 2-mile radius of the Leith area in Edinburgh.

• Minimum order: £15
• Delivery timeframe: 1-3 working days
• How to check eligibility: Select "Local Delivery" at checkout. If it's available for your postcode, you'll see it as an option.

For customers outside our local delivery area, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.

UK Domestic Shipping:

• Standard Delivery Tracked 48 (2-3 business days): £3.50 (up to 0.25kg)
• Express Delivery Tracked 24 (1-2 business days): £7.90 (up to 5kg)
• Free Delivery: Available on orders over £50 (2-5 business days)

Europe

• Standard International Tracked (3-7 business days): £9.50 (up to 0.25kg)
• Standard International Tracked (3-7 business days): £12.00 (0.26kg - 2kg)
• Parcelforce Tracked (3 business days): £47.00 (2.02kg - 6kg)

Rest of World

We do not currently ship outside of Europe but we are looking forward to expanding our markets in the near future.

Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD and Evri,for UK deliveries, and international carriers for overseas shipments to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• Some restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations due to customs regulations
• For framed prints and artwork, additional packaging care is taken to ensure safe delivery

International Orders & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
• We include all necessary customs documentation with international shipments
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
